I would love to hear from you!

Nepal is a landlocked country in South Asia which borders China to the north and India to the east, west and south. Kathmandu is the largest city and also the capital. Eight out of the ten highest peaks in the world are in northern Nepal, including Sagarmantha, or Mt. Everest. Nepal has over 240 peaks with an elevation of more than 20,000 feet above sea level. The majority of Nepalese people practice Hinduism. About half of the population of Nepal live below the international poverty level of $1.25 (US) per day.
Nepal has 5 seasons: summer, monsoon, autumn, winter and spring. In a land once covered by thick forests, deforestation is a major problem with resulting erosion and degradation of ecosystems.
A typical Nepalese meal is dal-bhat-tarkari. Dal is a spicy lentil soup, served over bhat (boiled rice), served with tarkari (curried vegetables) together with achar (pickles) or chutni. Meals are traditionally eaten while sitting or squatting on the floor, although urban restaurants do provide table and chairs.
